Starting a business in 2002 meant I had to build a sense of discipline and plan of action. Initially, I was in the assumption that I was on the right course. Years later and after many mistakes and pitfalls, I must admit that there no plan and barely-there action. Needless to mention but I should, the results were reminiscent of the actions. Not more, not less.
Eighteen years later, after getting coached by multiple gurus, I have made numerous changes in my lifestyle. After years of doing things in random way does not mean it will continue that way. I had to make a commitment to change my lifestyle.
Here are some pointers that helped in that making life productive with some planning and action:
- Plan night before all-important items that need to be addressed next day.
- Start with a great Morning Routine which MUST include, fitness, meditation/prayers, focus.
- Review the list of to-do items written the night before and tackle one thing at a time.
- Make reading books an important part of your day.
- Connect spend time with family and loved ones.
- Don’t forget to do something you love doing frequently, not necessarily every day.
